Founder & CEO

Paula is the founder and driving force behind Delulu Marketing, LLC, a female-led tech and marketing company built at the intersection of creativity, automation, and authenticity.

After two decades leading City Lights Beauty Agency, one of the top luxury beauty teams in Chicago and Tampa, Paula saw a recurring problem — brilliant creatives and entrepreneurs were drowning in manual work, missed opportunities, and chaos.

So she built the solution. Through Delulu Marketing, Paula merges her background in luxury branding, production management, and system architecture to help entrepreneurs scale with simplicity. Her mission is clear:

To help visionaries build freedom through automation — without losing the soul behind their brand.

Known for her unapologetic honesty and Chicago-meets-luxury leadership style, Paula is redefining what it means to be a CEO: bold, intuitive, and beautifully delusional enough to make it all happen.

Creative Artist & Visual Storyteller

Courtney Heckenast is the creative heartbeat of Delulu Marketing. An aspiring Veterinary with a deep rooted natural ability in the arts, she's been creating custom commissioned art for clients since middle school.

As a digital artist, illustrator, and designer, she brings her unique imagination and modern edge to the Delulu ecosystem.

From original art and promotional visuals to brand illustrations for Paula’s upcoming books and membership communities, Courtney’s custom designs infuse emotion and individuality into the technology-driven world of Delulu Marketing.

Her work embodies what we believe at Delulu — art and automation can coexist beautifully.

THE PROCESS

Once you accept your proposal and settle the invoice, we’ll send you a Google Doc the following business day to gather a few important details about your business, goals, and coaching priorities.

We’ll also open a chat ticket inside your Delulu Marketing account to stay in touch during onboarding and check in between sessions, especially if we need anything clarified or updated.

Once we receive your completed Google Doc, here’s what happens next:

→ You'll get immediate access to the Weekly Coaching Call calendar

→ A welcome email with your Zoom link, call times, and submission form for questions

→ Access to your personal coaching portal, where all recordings, links, and resources live

Calls are hosted live weekly via Zoom. If you can’t make it live, no stress. You’ll get the replay within 24 hours, and we’ll still answer pre-submitted questions on the call.

At the end of each month, we’ll check in to review progress, highlight wins, and map out next steps — so you never stall out again.
