REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made from Delulu Marketing, LLC, including software subscriptions, CRM automations, digital products, and consulting services.

1. GENERAL POLICY

All payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
Access to proprietary intellectual property, systems, and automations begins immediately upon payment.
Refunds will not be issued for: dissatisfaction, failure to use services, financial hardship, or business changes.

2. SUBSCRIPTION BILLING

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
You authorize recurring charges to your saved payment method.
You are responsible for managing or canceling prior to renewal.

3. TWO-CYCLE REBILLING

If cancellation is not submitted in writing, Delulu Marketing may process up to two additional billing cycles before cancellation takes effect.

4. CANCELLATION PROCESS

Submit written notice to [email protected] at least 72 hours before your renewal date or cancel through your client portal.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period.
No prorated refunds or credits are issued for partial months.

5. FAILED PAYMENTS

Failed or declined payments result in suspension or termination of access until the balance is paid, plus a $50 reinstatement fee if applicable.

6. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All sales of templates, automations, or software access are final once delivered.
No refunds or exchanges will be provided under any circumstance.

7. CONSULTING & EVENTS

Cancellations for consulting or onboarding sessions must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations within 48 hours or missed sessions are non-refundable.

8. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal without following Delulu Marketing’s dispute process is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized disputes will result in:

Permanent termination of access

Legal recovery of funds and related costs

Reporting to credit and payment networks

All billing inquiries must be sent to [email protected] within 10 days of the charge date.

9. POLICY CHANGES

Delulu Marketing reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of Services indicates acceptance of all changes.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Pinellas County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Each party waives any right to jury trial or class action.

12. ACCEPTANCE

By continuing to access or use any Delulu Marketing Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including the Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy in full.
